Due to the nature of our handmade garments, we handle returns and refunds differently. You can cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method anytime before the pre-order period ends.
However, once the pre-order period closes at the end of the month, refunds will only be issued as store credit. Items that are discounted or marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
