Orders & Shipping
Pre-Order Transparency: Stay informed about your order’s progress through our dedicated pre-order status page, where we provide clear updates throughout the production process.
Cancellation Window: You have up to 7 days from the time of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Refunds: Please note that all refunds are issued as store credit only. Items that are discounted or marked as sale are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
No Cancellations After 7 Days: Once the 7-day window closes, cancellations are no longer available as production will have started, and your item will be custom-made just for you.
Production Schedule: We’ll share an estimated delivery timeframe, though please note this may change depending on various factors. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods:
- U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
- International orders are shipped via DHL.
Order Adjustments: Modifications to your order may not be possible after the 7-day cancellation period.
Product Quality: We are committed to delivering excellent products. Minor adjustments or enhancements may occur during production to ensure the highest quality.
Ongoing Communication: We’ll keep you informed about your order’s progress and promptly notify you if there are any unexpected changes or delays.

Delivery times depend on your location, but please note that to keep our brand sustainable, there is a 2-3 month wait for your order, as each item is handmade. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international deliveries can take 7-16 days. You’ll receive full delivery details in your confirmation email once production is complete.
We offer shipping across the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, and Australia.
Please note that customs and duty fees are handled by local governments and are beyond our control.
We are required to declare the full retail value of all shipments and cannot label packages as gifts.
Domestic Orders
- Standard Domestic Shipping: $8-12 (Delivery within 3-5 days after fulfillment).
International Orders
- APC Postal Logistics: $20-40 (Delivery within 10-14 days after fulfillment).

We currently produce most of our products in China, selecting our overseas partners based on their commitment to quality, worker safety, fair wages, and sustainable practices.

We recommend washing your garments in cold water and either hanging them to dry or using a low heat setting in the dryer. This helps preserve the shape of your item while minimizing energy use, benefiting both your clothing and the planet. 🌷
For most items, we suggest dry cleaning. Please refer to the care instructions on each item’s wash tag for more details.
