Refund policy
Due to the nature of our handmade garments, we handle returns and refunds differently. Please read the following policy carefully.
Returns
For pre-orders, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund to your original payment method anytime before the pre-order period ends. Once the pre-order period has closed, all sales are final, and refunds will only be issued as store credit. In this case, you are required to send the garment back for the return to be processed.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work to resolve the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
For pre-orders, if canceled before the pre-order period ends, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. After the pre-order period closes, refunds will only be issued as store credit, and the item must be sent back in its original condition to process the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, store credit will be issued for the item(s).
